Alex danced across the stage, panting as he did so for theater practice. There may have been the school play going on later, but this was....for broadway. Or well...at least something bigger then America.
It was called All Hail That Swing, and Alex starred a lonely boy who conned people for money until he ran across a circus act and saw them Swing Dancing in WWII times. He eventually finds his love in Swing Dancing and finds love in someone else, and is enrolled in the military.
He did the triple hudson before he coughed and panted. "I'm sorry...break time..." He looked at the director who came from England herself, and blushed hopping off the stage. [/blockquote]

Ballet wasn’t a passion of hers, never would be but it kept her in great shape. While she may not have had the correct frame anymore for it she sure as hell made the leotard look good on her. Curves, to put it simply, were a blessing and she pitied anyone without them. Making sure the green dance flats on her feet were tied securely she felt her feet in them for a second. The last time she done this, her ankle was put on ice; not because of her neglect but because of her having her mind on other things. Dancing was like riding a bike without a doubt and it was high time she got back on the seat.
Auditioning wasn't ideal but it helped a lot. Getting up from her seat she readjusted her shorts before looking over, nodding as someone called her name. Currently, she looked the epitome of perfection with her skin tone and her hair. Now, if the beauty of her features didn't grab you, the hair would. Tumbling down her back in light, glossy curls; stunning, the main reason she modeled back home "er..what am I dancing to?" They hadn't said anything about her bringing her own but then again, she could have easily found something in her bag.
Of course, the British accent caught people's attention among other things.

Alex may have been cooling off his sweat, but he was distracted. "Whose the hot English chick?" He asked one of his random friends. He purred elegantly as he watched her. "Elegant...graceful...doesnt have it." He shook his head, and slapped his forehead. A saddistic smirk appeared across his lips. "I think its time to give some pointers eh?" He smirked, waiting for her auditioning number to end.
"Oh, I so love the ish...of British...its so...mm...freshish." He smirked cruelly and shoved his friends away, watching her. [/blockquote]

Eyes, she hated eyes, it made her think of them taking her apart piece by piece and she frowned at it. She was English, and so far she'd met people that weren't too pleased that she was. Keira shook her head, taking whatever music they put on as she stepped up. The irony of the song, If I Can't Dance, her mother's favourite to walk the runway on. Keira may have looked the spitting image of the supermodel but she had better rhythm which to her meant a damn sight more. Green flats tapped a solid beat, her moves both graceful and fluid. Dance was about expressing feelings with ones body, and expression was what she done well however, partnering up was better. While most seemed to go for more softer tracks this song packed a punch and begged for someone else.

Alex quickly stepped in, taking his shot. "Lets recover your audition shall we my precious English friend." He starte to dance gracefully, feeling the song just seep into his feet and let his body and moves take him wherever we went. "You have to feel the song, create your own routine to it. As if you were....one-night-standing someone, step out of the box." He whispered darkly, his eye quirking as he watched her. "Alex Larkin is the name." He introduced and extended his hand to her. "I bite. Hard. Come on..." [/blockquote]

She could have both kissed him, and killed him. Keira glowered "ballet, jive, not this" she hissed under her breath. She frowned further, stepping everything "I gathered, I was told you were bad news" Keira wasn't in the best of moods and considering she'd obviously been directed to the wrong place, more than likely on purpose, it soured her mood more "I kick, hard, git" she returned sharply, but all the same grabbed his hand "save me, and I might say thank you"

"A vicous thorn in my side growing in my garden. Something I admire." He merely smirked. "The dance program isnt the best here, trust me I know. But they are so naive...and this is a top school." He looked at her as she took his hand. "I'll save you..." His smirk widened, and he started to do a mixture of ballet, and jive. "But you have to thank me." He told her once they came together. The song ended half a minute later. "Alex...Keira...your both in." Alex was more then pleased. "You've been saved." He looked at her, and smirked saddistically. "Keira..." He practically sung her name as he hopped off the stage and out the auditorium door. "Victory..." [/blockquote]

"pompous" she remarked in a snide fashion. Soon as they started, she was in focus and it didn't really matter what else he said, or look he gave her she wasn't bothered. Keira nearly snarled "bite me" it came out so vicious she was surprised herself. Hearing her name she looked over, eyebrow raised "in what?" tone still as sharp though she was confused and eventually the rogue knew her name, wonderful. Keira rolled her eyes, following him, pausing for a moment to grab her stuff "arrogance is not attractive, Larkin, it's an insult to every gentleman on this planet" she spoke with that air of sophistication; that British class one could only achieve coming from her background. Growling, she walked a steady pace down the hallway, leotard now acting as a second skin; the downfall, it gave every pervert means to stare.

"And yet you know the clevage you expose to us American boys..." Alex uttered following her and stopping her. "Personally I dont care if I am playboy...if I'm a sex toy to be posted upon a pole, my arrogance is something that enlightens my personality and never becomes boring." He smirked pleasantly at her. "For example..." He pressed his lips to hers, and kissed, pulling away. "Tea?" He asked her, trying to conceal his grin, expecting only the worse from her. Another usual beating. [/blockquote]

"Your arrogance is nothing but a facade so people don't see how pathetic you actually are, the sex is to satisfy the need for commitment, the neglect and love you so desperately need and the attitude is really there so all your friends don't see how lonely you are; ironic, sounds familiar" touche, I'd say. The second he stopped her, the smartarse smirk dropped, fiery look painted on her flawless face. Her brow raised "for-" she got cut off as she tried to shove him off but barely made the effort to do so. Keira, in her five foot eight glory, glowered "you've got a death wish, darling, find me when you want me to grant it. Piss off back to your hole."

Alex laughed, "You are a sad strange little child." He chuckled. "But I like it." He leaned near her, just to tick her off more, however surprised that she didnt hit him when he kissed her. "I've died many a time, lets just not kill me here..." A smirk slid on his lips as he slid a hand into hers. "Tea...now...then you can kill me." [/blockquote]

"And your a c*ck lead pervert with a desire to have my foot between your legs; you don't see me pointing it out" she hissed back, clearly not finding his games amusing nor his choice of name for her. Leading away from him, she pulled her hand back "minus the touching, sleaze, and I might agree. Walk, I'll follow, you've got lecherous eyes" this wasn't Keira, Keira was polite, kind, but this, this was another side and a side she hadn't realised until now.

Alex smirked, feeling tough as he landed a small victory. "And it hasnt occured to you how many times I've had feet in that area?" He chuckled silently and turned around, walking. "Pity...I didnt know the English were afraid to look at people." He remarked, and stood by his Jag car. "Your going to back out?" He pouted fakely. [/blockquote]

"Typical" she growled, following him "we just don't like tossers like you, buddy" oh, the English accent was in full swing. Rolling her eyes, she walked up to him, tapping his cheek "shut your mouth and drive, theres a good boy" she gave him a smug look. Keira hitched her bag up, foot tapping on the floor.

He was surprised when she tapped his cheek. Okay...so she wasnt going to kick him, she definitely wasnt going to kiss him, and already Alex was feeling vulnerable. "What the hell's happening to me?" He whispered softly to himself, low enough so she couldnt hear as he got into the car. Still suffering when your so called girlfriend broke up with you for your evildoer there Alex?
He buckled up, and sped down the road, not speaking as he tried to find the perfect place. [/blockquote]
